Choose the location that fits your stay

Look at where you will actually be staying, whether that is a hotel, an Airbnb, or a private villa. Use the accommodation’s location when comparing Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, along with the session times available for your visit.

If you are unsure which city to select, send us the name and location of your accommodation before booking. For an Airbnb, a map pin can help clarify where you will be leaving from. The goal is to match your stay, chosen center, and activity time in one practical plan.

Make your own way to the confirmed center

Coming from a hotel does not automatically include hotel pickup, and an Airbnb booking does not establish a meeting point. Unless you have separately arranged and confirmed transportation with us, you are responsible for getting to the center shown in your reservation.

Before arranging your journey, check the center’s exact location and your arrival instructions. Use those confirmed details when planning your route or speaking with a driver. A general search for a dolphin activity in Cabo is not a substitute for the destination on your own booking.

Plan your departure around the requested arrival time, allowing for the journey and local traffic. If the address, map pin, or arrival time is unclear, contact us before you leave your accommodation.

Want round-trip transportation? Contact us

Ask Dolphin Experience about round-trip transportation if you would prefer help arranging the journey. Include your accommodation name or location, preferred activity date, chosen city, and number of people traveling. If you already have a reservation, include your booking reference.

You can send a message like this: “We are staying at [hotel name or Airbnb location] and would like to visit the [Cabo San Lucas / San José del Cabo] center on [date]. There are [number] people in our group. Could you confirm whether round-trip transportation can be arranged and explain the cost, meeting point, pickup time, and return arrangements?”

Wait for confirmation of the service and its details before relying on a pickup. A transportation request on its own is not a confirmed arrangement.

Confirm your location and arrival instructions

Before the day of your visit, keep these details together: selected city, confirmed center and map location, activity date and time, arrival instructions, and your plan for getting there and back. Save the booking confirmation where you can easily find it.
