Before You Pay: A Family Checklist for Booking a Dolphin Experience in Cabo

· Dolphin Experience

Check the program, dolphin center, guests, total, extras and booking terms before paying, then keep your confirmation and arrival details together.

Identify the operator and the business handling your booking

A family dolphin outing starts with a few practical decisions. Before paying, make one short booking note you can share with the other adults in your group. Use the prompts below to record what you have checked, and leave a question mark beside anything you still need answered. This is your own planning checklist, not a reservation document.

Begin with two names: the company operating the activity and the business taking your booking. Dolphin Experience is an independent booking service; Cabo Adventures operates the dolphin activity. Knowing those different roles helps you direct a question about your purchase to the business you booked through.

Copy into your note: Booking website or business: ____. Activity operator: ____. Contact for this purchase: ____. If you compare offers, fill in these lines for each one. A familiar photograph or similar tour name alone does not establish that the program, inclusions and purchase conditions are identical.

Check the exact program, city, date and participants

Write down the full program name rather than only “dolphins in Cabo.” For our offer, that is the Family Dolphin Experience. Check the selected dolphin center as well: Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo are different locations. Match the location in your booking details to the one you intend to visit.

Read the date and activity time together, then review the adult and child counts. Check the participation rules for the specific program and your children’s ages before selecting guests. An age category used to calculate a price is not a substitute for checking accompanying-adult requirements. Ask about any individual participation question before payment.

Copy into your note: Program: ____. Dolphin center and city: ____. Date: ____. Activity time and local time zone: ____. Adults: ____. Children and ages: ____. Participation questions answered: ____. Keep arrival instructions separate from the activity start time; you will need both when planning your departure.

Read the quoted total, currency and optional extras

Compare the total for your actual group, date and program, not just a starting price in an advertisement. Before paying, check the currency and what the displayed total covers. If you are comparing two quotes, use the same guest counts and make a separate line for anything you would pay for outside the activity booking.

Dolphin Experience’s online activity checkout uses USD. Optional transportation and professional photos are separate from that activity payment. If you want either, confirm the arrangements and cost that apply to your visit; selecting an activity does not by itself arrange a transfer. This checklist does not quote a fixed activity price or promise that an optional service is available for every booking.

Copy into your note: Activity total: ____. Currency: ____. Items included: ____. Optional items requested: ____. Separate costs and when they are paid: ____. If a total or inclusion is unclear, resolve it before continuing to payment and save the quote or summary you reviewed.

Ask which change terms apply to your booking channel

Before committing, ask the business handling your purchase where to read the terms that apply to that booking. Check how to request a change or cancellation, any deadline, any charge, and what happens if the operator changes the activity. Ask how late arrival or a missed session is handled too. Record the answer rather than assuming that every seller follows the same policy.

Cabo Adventures’ published cancellation and reservation policies expressly limit their scope to bookings made through its own website. Do not copy a deadline, fee or refund promise from that page into a Dolphin Experience booking. For a purchase through us, ask our team to confirm the applicable conditions in writing before paying.

Copy into your note: Terms supplied by: ____. Where I saved them: ____. Change or cancellation contact: ____. Questions still open: ____. If an answer matters to whether you can commit, get it clarified first. A checklist is useful only when it records an answer you actually received.

Keep your confirmation and know whom to contact

After booking, save your payment record alongside your reservation confirmation. They serve different practical purposes: one records the payment, while the confirmation gives you the details to use for the visit. Review the program, guests, date, activity time and dolphin center against the note you made before paying.

Our customer confirmation includes the booking reference, operator confirmation code, paid amount, and arrival information with a meeting-point link. Keep those details available for check-in. Follow the arrival instructions in your own confirmation; do not substitute an address from a different dolphin program or treat the activity start time as your arrival time.

Complete your note after booking: Booking reference: ____. Confirmation code: ____. Required arrival time: ____. Meeting-point link: ____. Support contact: ____. If something is missing or differs from what you selected, contact the booking business with your reference to clarify it. For Dolphin Experience bookings, write to info@dolphinexperience.mx. Keep the reply with your confirmation so the family can follow one clear plan.
